Open Carers Assessment
Success

Open Carers Assessment has moved!

A Carers Assessment can now be opened as part of a note, by clicking on 'Open Carers Assessment' at the bottom of the add note screen.
The aim is to open a Carers Assessment when writing up the meeting where you and the client decided a Carers Assessment was needed.
To open a Carers Assessment now you should do one of the following:
  • Create a new note by doing "Manage case" then "Add note", and then click "Open Carers Assessment".
  • Edit a recent note by clicking on "Edit" in the timeline, and then click "Open Carers Assessment".
Note: if there's already an open Carers Assessment for this support case, you'll see a 'Manage Carers Assessment' button instead, and won't be able to open another one.
